About Timber Builders

Located in the Bitterroot Valley of western Montana, Timber Builders have been producing quality log and timber structures since 1992. Company founders Mark Gantt and John Perry learned their craft as joiners and project managers at a large company. Frustrated with the limitations and overhead, they went out on their own with two goals in mind: to focus on timber framing as a craft and to keep the company small so as to give personal attention to each project.

Another key to Timber Builders' success is hiring and retaining master craftmen. Whether in the shop or on the job site, the TB crew is skilled, efficient, safe, and just all-around nice guys.
